Amy Radunz has joined the Department of Animal Sciences as a beef cattle extension specialist. She comes to Wisconsin from The Ohio State University, where she served as an extension specialist in livestock youth programs and meat science while earning a Ph.D. in ruminant nutrition and meat science. Prior to that she was an animal science instructor and manager of the research feedlot at Washington State University.
She was raised on farm near Hutchinson, Minnesota and earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees from North Dakota State University.
