Food Research Institute to offer research and education seminar series this fall
This fall the UW Food Research Institute will be sponsoring a a series of seminars on a wide variety of topics related to food safety. Each talk in the Food Research and Education Seminar Highlight (FRESH) series will be held from 11 a.m. – noon in room 6201 Microbial Sciences Building, 1550 Linden Drive.
