The Wisconsin Food and Beverage Lecture Series is the first public lecture series of its kind– designed to link the public with the UW researchers and industry leaders who are working every day on the industries central to Wisconsin’s economy. This series is sponsored by the Office of the Dean and Director of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and is presented in partnership with the Wisconsin Alumni Association.

Discover the world of cheese from pasture to plate and observe a live cheesemaking demonstration. This program will be presented by Gary Grossen, Master Cheese Maker of the Babcock Hall Dairy Plant.
A complimentary cheese tasting, reception and tour hosted by the Department of Life Sciences Communication will follow the program at historic Hiram Smith Hall (1545 Observatory Drive) from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
