Wisconsin kids, cows, milk and CALS featured in Korean TV’s Dairyland special
From Alice in Dairyland in an elementary classroom to our own Babcock Dairy Store, After spending a week in Wisconsin taping during December, the crew from the Seoul Broadcasting System returned to Korea to produce their special about dairy nutrition.
The segment about Wisconsin aired on the “Morning Wide” program in Seoul, Korea in February and featured views of the CALS campus and interviews with Dean Molly Jahn, Susan Nitzke, nutritional sciences, and the family of Carol Chen, Center for Dairy Research. About 10 minutes is devoted to the piece on Wisconsin.
