Global Agriculture and Rural America in Transition is the theme of the 85th annual USDA Agricultural Outlook Forum, Feb. 26–27 in Arlington, Virginia. Tom Vilsack, Secretary of Agriculture will present the keynote address, and will join USDA’s Chief Economist and government, farm, and industry leaders to discuss the future of global and American agriculture.
