Please mark your calendars for two campus-wide symposia, which will take place next spring: The Undergraduate Symposium; and the Teaching & Learning Symposium.

The annual Undergraduate Symposium is a forum designed to showcase undergraduate students’ creativity, achievement, talent, research and service-learning across all disciplines through oral presentations, poster sessions, exhibitions, and performances. The Symposium will be on April 16, 2009, in Memorial Union.

The annual Teaching & Learning Symposium brings together faculty, staff, post-docs, and graduate students to share best practices, celebrate accomplishments, discuss new teaching pedagogy, and explore themes of mutual interest. The Teaching and Learning Symposium will be on May 20-22, 2009, in the Pyle Center.
