Grad students interested in attending an Oct. 6 training session on grants and fellowships should register online or contact Becky Bound, 265-8443, rbound@cals.wisc.edu. This is an opportunity to have some pizza and soft drinks while learning about college resources for grad students, and how to write a proposal that a reviewer will love. The session will also offer an overview of the steps a savvy researcher follows to submit a proposal through college and campus channels. The event will be held on October 6 from 4-5pm in 1360 Genetics/Biotech.
