WISPER, the new WISconsin Proposal Electronic Routing system will replace the Transmittal Form (t-form) and related look-up tools with the Program Release 2007. WISPER will be used to route proposals and other research-related documents for approval across campus. To facilitate the use of WISPER by faculty, sessions will be available for individuals who prepare Transmittal Forms to listen to an explanation of this new tool and see a demonstration of its functionality.
