Daniel Gianola, animal sciences and dairy science, will be awarded the “Chaire D’Excellence Pierre de Fermat,” an award developed to attract top scientists in any discipline to spend time in France. Recipients are hosted for 6 or 12 full months in one or more well-known academic or research institutions in Midi-pyrénées.
