On Thursday, November 1 through Saturday, November 3, the Wisconsin ASABE pre-professional club, within the Department of Biological Systems Engineering, will hold its annual lawn mower, snow blower and roto-tiller clinic. The clinic is designed to provide preventative maintenance for your machine before the upcoming season. The cost of this service is $25.00 per machine. Machines may be brought to the Agricultural Engineering Lab (southwest corner of Elm and Observatory Drive) between noon and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, or 8:00 am to 6:30 p.m. on Friday November 2, or between 7:30 am and 9:00 am on Saturday November 3.
Your machine will be ready to be picked up Saturday between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. Please respond promptly as this year we are limiting the number of machines to 100 to ensure high quality of service. If you return a request and we cannot winterize your machine, we will contact you.
For an additional charge, we will pick up and deliver your machine(s) in: Madison, Middleton, and Monona. Machines will be picked up Thursday (evening), Friday (all day), or Saturday (morning) and will be returned Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Sorry, we do not accept reel type mowers, garden tractors, or riding lawn mowers. Because this is a winterizing clinic, we are not prepared to repair equipment. Therefore we can only accept machines that are currently operational.
Please note: No on-line orders will be accepted. To reserve your spot, download the order form from the BSE website and return it with payment.
