Food Systems Leadership Institute now recruiting fellows

The Food Systems Leadership Institute is currently recruiting for its third cohort, which will have its first of three one-week sessions at North Carolina State University.

Food Systems Leadership Institute was created three years ago by the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges. The primary site for the institute is North Carolina State University with secondary sites at The Ohio State University and the University of Vermont. The program was initially funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation to assist us in preparing our future leaders who can meet the ever-changing challenges faced by the food industry, the government and higher education institutions.

FSLI has had two successful cohorts of approximately 20 individuals each to participate in the program.

The ideal cohort size for sustaining the institute is about 25. FSLI is encouraging nominations of individuals to be a part of cohort 3. All the relevant information is accessible on the FSLI website at
