2007 Outside Activities Reports Now Due!

The annual Outside Activities Report, required of all Faculty and Academic Staff members under federal and state regulations and University policy, must be completed by April 30, 2007. This report identifies activities or financial interests beyond the University context, related to an individual’s University work and expertise.

DO IT NOW!! Completion of an electronic disclosure form is required even if you have no outside activities, income, or ownership interests to report. Please take a few minutes to complete your report by connecting to the disclosure site and logging in with your NetID. Most of you are already active within the system, and your personal information will automatically appear (and can be edited if correction is necessary):

Department Chairs and Center Directors should complete their reviews of Outside Activities Reports by May 15, 2007, so that the CALS Dean’s office review can be completed by the campus deadline of May 31, 2007.

A web screen that allows Chairs, Directors, and administrative staff to view by UDDS number their listing of required ‘reporters’ and to verify whether individual disclosures have been submitted within their respective department or center can be accessed at:



  • April 30, 2007 — all individual reports filed.
  • May 15, 2007 — Department/Center reviews completed.
  • May 31, 2007 — Dean’s Office reviews completed.
