Department administrators and other supervisors: If you have done an employee performance review on any CALS classified or academic staff member within the past 12 months but have not submitted a copy to the CALS Human Resources office, please do so by Jan. 31 so that HR staff can update their records. The College is putting a renewed emphasis on the regular and timely submission of performance reviews. Dean Jahn believes that this on-going responsibility is very important to facilitating the best possible staff environments.
Again, please submit your performance reviews to the Human Resources office by January 31, 2007. After that date, HR staff will be following up on an individual basis through department chairs.
