The 2025 Undergraduate Symposium will be held on Friday, April 25 at Union South. Consider signing up to be a symposium volunteer and support the success of the event for undergraduates showcasing their work and attendees alike. All members of the campus community—staff, faculty, and students—are welcome to volunteer.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Assisting with registration
• General event support
• Poster engagement, or visiting assigned posters and asking students questions about their projects
