CALS Wellness Committee reminder: Deadline approaching for $150 Well Wisconsin incentive

As we get closer to the Well WI deadline of October 13, 2023, this is your friendly CALS Wellness Committee reminder to complete your three activities:

  • Health Assessment: 15-minute health assessment
  • Health Check: Complete a biometric screening, dental exam, or one coaching session
  • Well-Being Activity: You can listen to two Well Wisconsin Radio episodes as one option for your activity, complete a Daily Habits Plan, or take part in another activity that meets your needs.

If you still need a Well-Being Activity, a new opportunity just arose. To help reduce stress and restore your well-being, register for Well Wisconsin’s Stressless challenge by September 6.  Register here.

Taking “me time” can help you become more mindful, which can help you sleep better, stay on top of stress and improve your heart health. It is important to enjoy downtime every day. During the Stressless challenge, track at least 21 days of participation. Spend time relaxing at least 14 of those days by recording “yes” in the portal between August 30 and September 26.

Also, a Well Wisconsin Webinar (Self-Care Isn’t Selfish) will take place on September 6 from 12 – 12:30 p.m. Presenters will define and explore ways of practicing self-care, building a self-care plan and discovering self-care resources. Register here.

You can get started at https://www.webmdhealth.com/wellwisconsin/. If you have questions, call Well Wisconsin’s customer service at 1-800-821-6591.

As the slogan for this year goes: Be in the Moment. Be Present. Be Well.
