Support available for Open Access publishing at UW–Madison Libraries
Open Access (OA) publishing benefits the public good and accelerates research by making academic research available online at no cost to viewers, however higher publishing fees can often be a barrier. With the goal of making it easier to publish OA, UW–Madison Libraries has negotiated agreements with several publishers to reduce OA publishing charges for UW–Madison affiliated authors. Visit the Libraries page to read more about these agreements, including the newest agreement with Wiley: https://www.library.wisc.edu/research-support/scholarly-communication/open-access/publishing-support/
