Register now for Food Research Institute Spring Meeting – May 16-17

The CALS community is invited to join the Food Research Institute at its annual spring meeting at the Pyle Center on May 16-17.

The hybrid program will include presentations on regulatory changes and challenges, natural antimicrobials, foodborne disease updates, controlling microorganisms in reservoirs and processes, bioactive compounds and human health, hard-to-predict food hazards, and more. Linda Harris of UC Davis will present the William C. Frazier Memorial lecture. Tuesday evening’s program features a poster session, reception, and opportunities to network with colleagues.

University of Wisconsin and State of Wisconsin employees can register for $50 for in-person attendance or $25 for virtual attendance. More details are available on FRI’s website.
