The Dairy Innovation Hub hosts its annual Dairy Summit this week on Wednesday, Nov. 16! There is still time to register.

Event held in a hybrid format. University Center, UW–River Falls or via livestream. Online details and capabilities will be emailed to all registrants.
- 9 a.m. – Registration and continental breakfast, research poster viewing
- 9:45 a.m. – Welcome/Opening farmer panel “Connections between farmer-led conservation and Dairy Innovation Hub research
- 11 a.m. Research presentations
- 12:30 p.m. – Lunch
- 1:15 p.m. – Community panel “University innovation and partnerships drive regional economic development”
- 2 p.m. – Optional tours or research poster viewing
- 3:30 p.m. – Adjourn
The Dairy Innovation Hub (https://dairyinnovationhub.wisc.edu/), which launched in 2019, harnesses research and development at UW–Madison, UW–Platteville and UW–River Falls campuses to keep Wisconsin’s dairy community at the global forefront in producing nutritious dairy products in an economically, environmentally, and socially sustainable manner. It is supported by a $7.8 million annual investment by the State of Wisconsin.
