Program information must be in Guide when students enroll and must be approved by the university shared governance. This fall, discuss and finalize any program changes with CALS Academic Affairs for Fall 2023. Please reach out to Megan Ackerman-Yost at ackermanyost@wisc.edu to discuss your plans and confirm which recommended deadline applies.

Fall is also the time to get new courses and course changes approved for Summer 2023. Course changes need to be in place before students start enrolling in January, and often need to be reviewed by multiple committees. CALS recommends submitting summer courses by October 11, 2022 to support both final deadlines and marketing efforts.
