CALS External Relations has resumed our periodic studio portrait sessions after another hiatus due to COVID-19. CALS faculty, staff and graduate students who may need a professional “head and shoulders” portrait are invited to attend.

The next portrait session will be:

Friday, April 8, 2022, 12 – 3 p.m.
Agricultural Hall, Room 38 (lower level)*

This session is first-come, first-served. Pre-registration is required. Fill out this Qualtrics survey to pre-register yourself. Due to high demand you may experience a short wait.

This is a great opportunity to get a professional quality photograph for your department website, directories, publications, LinkedIn and other social media. Examples from the last session can be found here. The background will be neutral (no color). Makeup that reduces shiny skin can sometimes be helpful. We will not be providing hand mirrors for self-inspection, but there are public restrooms with mirrors close by.

Just bring your smile.

Health and safety protocols: Per updated campus masking policies effective March 12, masks will no longer be required in indoor settings. We encourage those who want to continue to wear masks to do so. If you choose to wear a mask, the photographer will invite you to remove it for a few seconds while your photograph is taken.
