All CALS employees can access free safety resources. Below are some key resources that you can take advantage of this fall. 

Safety Training 

CALS employees can access safety training on everything from driving a trailer to CPR and much more. This service is available year-round, and you can review the safety website for relevant opportunities.

To get safety training, visit the safety website, click on the training you want, and sign up easily using Workday. If you think your team would benefit from training you don’t see on the website, reach out to Kelley Kula, our CALS Safety Coordinator.

Near-Miss Reporting

If you see or experience a “close call” in your workplace — any moment where an injury or property damage almost occurred but didn’t — fill out the CALS near-miss reporting form.

This is an important step in preventing future injury, and you can either report anonymously or leave your information to receive follow-up communication from our CALS Safety Coordinator.
