Annual and flex parking permits through Transportation Services begin on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Don’t forget to change out your permit to gain access to your specific base and flex lots/garages.

As a reminder, if you want to apply for on-campus parking for September 1, 2026 through August 30, 2027, you can still apply.

Parking permit application instructions:

• Log in to the Permit Application System with your NetID and password.
• Click “APPLY” at the top left corner of the page.
• Select “Base” or “Flexible” (Or “Accessible” if you have a DOT Disabled pass).
• Select up to 4 lots (selecting 4 is recommended).
• Review your selections and use the up and down arrows to rank them in order of preference.
• Click “SUBMIT.” If you do not get an email confirmation, reach out via the contact info below.

Information for other permit types:

• Bus pass renewals, afternoon & night parking, motorcycle/moped, or multi-day permits for the 2026-27 parking year will be available for online purchase beginning August 1.

• Parking permits available between now and September are limited. Any available permits will be added here: https://uwtransservices.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal. For more assistance, contact Transportation Services directly.
