Join the Ellison Lab in the Department of Plant and Agroecosystem Sciences for a field day about the latest hemp research being conducted here at the UW.

The event will be held Thursday, August 20 from 9:00 a.m. to12:00 p.m. at the Arlington Agricultural Research Station (N695 Hopkins Road, Arlington, WI 53911). Coffee and donuts will be available starting at 8:30 a.m.

Presentations will be given by UW faculty and staff with ample opportunities for Q&A. Topics to be presented upon include:

• Industrial (Grain/Fiber) Hemp Variety Trials
• High Cannabinoid Hemp Nursery
• Grain/Fiber Breeding Updates
• Cover Cropping in Hemp

Attendees will be shuttled to trials/presenters across the research station. In addition, attendees will be able to see a hemp processing demonstration along with additional hemp products.
