Financial well-being resources for employees
The UW 403(b) Supplemental Retirement Program (SRP) allows employees to save a portion of their paycheck either on a before-tax (IRA) or after-tax (Roth) basis. Participation is voluntary and there is no employee match. Participants can choose to work through TIAA (Plan ID 100988) or Fidelity Investments (Plan ID 82828).
The Wisconsin Deferred Compensation 457 Program allows employees to invest some of their income on a pre-tax (IRA) or post-tax (Roth) basis. Participation is voluntary and there is no employee match. Eligible employees can enroll online or over the phone. Find more information in this WDC Plan Enrollment document. Enter ‘UW’ when asked for your employer.
