Bucky’s Varsity Meats offering bone-in beef ribeye steaks in May

This month, Bucky’s Varsity Meats is promoting bone-in beef ribeye steaks. Produced for this year’s Wisconsin State FFA Meat Judging Contest, these premium cuts of tender beef rib loin are graded choice and above. They are a great selection to celebrate the effort, thought and energy of another academic school year.

The Bucky’s Varsity Meats storefront is located on the UW–Madison campus in the lobby of the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery Building at 1933 Observatory Drive. Parking is available for customers just across the street on Willow Drive in marked parking stalls of lot 57. Plan your visit Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
