Registration open for the Food Research Institute Spring Meeting – May 12–13

Food safety experts from government, industry, and academia will gather on May 12–13 for the annual Food Research Institute Spring Meeting. This year’s presentations will also be offered virtually via Zoom.

The hybrid program will include presentations on:

  • Regulatory and outbreak/epidemiology updates
  • Spore-forming pathogens
  • Fungal research
  • Basic research of bacterial foodborne pathogens
  • Protecting human health through diet and prevention

In-person fees:
General registration: $450
FRI sponsors or federal employees: $250
UW and State of WI employees: $75
In-person registration fee includes continental breakfasts, lunch on the first day, reception, breaks and conference materials.

Virtual fees:
General registration: $250
FRI sponsors or federal employees: $150
UW and State of WI employees: $25
Virtual registrants will be emailed a Zoom link to the meeting as well as meeting materials the week before the event.
