Learn more about the Position Management Pilot at virtual sessions Nov. 16 and 18

The Position Management Core Team is hosting two virtual sessions for UW–Madison employees to learn more about the Position Management Pilot. Position Management is the process the university uses to create, maintain, track, and manage positions. It also connects workforce needs with budgeting so leaders can plan and hire more effectively.

There are two virtual sessions available:

The team will walk through what has been accomplished, where the work stands and what the path forward may look like. Most importantly, they want to hear from you, so come with ideas and questions. The two sessions will cover the same base material, so there is no need to attend both.

To make the most of the time, review the Position Management webpage for background material. Feel free to submit questions through the feedback form at the bottom of the page, or bring your questions to the live Q&A portion of each session.

They are committed to creating open, genuine spaces for participation, and your voice matters in shaping what this looks like in practice.
