The next CALS Communicators Group meeting will be a virtual meeting on Wednesday, November 4, from 2:00–3:00 p.m. Use this link to join.

At the meeting, several members of CALS External Relations will share tips and resources for producing accessible documents, photos, events and more:

• The marketing team of Nicole Lederich, Jori Skalitzky and Emma Zuidema will share best practices for creating accessible photos, flyers and PDFs. They will also talk about accessibility considerations when planning and executing events.
• Mark Millard and Nate Barlow from the web team will give updates on web accessibility issues, with reminders of upcoming deadlines and tasks to finish.
• Mark will also briefly discuss the changes to the CALS web hosting service that his team is working on and what they mean for departments and units.
