The Office of the Registrar has announced the launch of a shared Outlook calendar that lists enrollment-related dates and deadlines for the regular 15-week (A1) fall and spring terms. Similar to the Academic Calendar published by the Office of the Secretary of the Faculty, you can subscribe to the calendar via the Microsoft 365 Global Address List, then overlay these dates on your personal calendar or view them separately.

To add the calendar to your Outlook, search “RO Enrollment Dates & Deadlines” in the Global Address List.

A few important notes:

• At this time, only the regular fall and spring terms are listed. For all other sessions, including the various summer sessions, refer to our Session Dates webpage.
• Our Dates & Deadlines webpage isn’t going away and will continue to provide the same information as the new calendar.
