This month at Bucky’s Varsity Meats, you can buy one package of 16 oz. grilling sausages and get one package of equal or lesser value free. Choose from any of their fresh or smoked pork, beef, lamb or chicken sausages. All sausages are produced in-house.

The Bucky’s Varsity Meats storefront is located on the UW–Madison campus in the lobby of the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery Building at 1933 Observatory Drive. Parking is available for customers just across the street on Willow Drive in marked parking stalls of lot 57. Plan your visit Monday–Friday, 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Bucky’s Varsity Meats offers high-quality meat products produced through teaching, research and extension programs. All meat products are produced under USDA inspection on-site, creating hands-on experiences and training for students in every step of the process.
