Bucky’s Varsity Meats offers a wide selection of meat products. For the month of March, they are featuring corned beef brisket and round made with local beef produced on site for $10.50/pound. Stop into the shop at 1933 Observatory Drive anytime Monday–Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Bucky’s Varsity Meats offers high-quality meat products produced through teaching, research and extension programs. All meat products are produced under USDA inspection on-site, creating hands-on experiences and training for students in every step of the process.

The Bucky’s Varsity Meats storefront is located on the UW–Madison campus in the lobby of the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery Building at 1933 Observatory Drive.
