Updates and events for students from UHS Mental Health Services
Faculty, staff and instructors are invited to share the following resources and events from UHS Mental Health Services with students throughout the semester.
Group Counseling: Enrollment is open. Students can view the full list of groups here and schedule a pre-group orientation on MyUHS or by calling 608-265-5600 (option 2).
Wellness workshops: In session with topics ranging from ADHD, mindfulness, depression and anxiety. Students can sign up online or drop in.
Let’s Talk: Offered every weekday.
- Students can drop-into College Library, Room 2191D Monday-Thursday from 3:00–5:00 p.m. and Friday from 1:30–3:30 p.m.

Upcoming Events
Senior Class Series: UHS and the Senior Class Office have partnered for an event series focused on post-graduation transition featuring round table discussions, money management, self-care, and managing anxiety and depression. All events are paired with a fun activity, free food and Bucky plushies. View more details and RSVP.
Thrive Workshops: Build skills and gain tools to support your academics, relationships and overall wellbeing. Workshop topics change and include stress, procrastination, test anxiety, body neutrality and more. Reserve your spot.
Chillax with UHS: Take an hour to relax and create art, connect with other students and learn more about UHS Mental Health Services. Art activities change frequently. Reserve your spot.
