The annual Partners in Giving campaign has begun! This statewide fundraiser has rasied more than $90 million dollars for charity since its conception in 1973 through the generous donations of state and university employees. 

As a CALS employee, if you donate before December 2, you will be entered in a drawing to win a gift card prize. Our donors include The Book Deal, Library Cafe & Bar, Parthenon, Comedy on State, Marcus Point Cinema, Vitense Golfland, Lakeside St. Coffee, the Madison Mallards & Night Mares, and the Milwaukee Admirals. 

If you donate in October, you’ll be automatically entered in the first drawing, and if you donate in November, you’ll be automatically entered in the second drawing. (If you wish to be entered in the drawing without making a donation, please contact Amanda Givens directly).

If you choose to make a donation, the process is simple: go to https://giving.wi.gov and click on the “DONATE NOW” button in the top right corner of the page. Then follow the onscreen prompts to select your charity and donation type. 

This campaign supports over 400 charities; you can view all of them by visiting https://giving.wi.gov/charities-2/ and clicking the “Digital Guidebook” button. You also have the option of donating to “umbrella organizations.” These organizations support many different agencies and nonprofits dedicated towards a specific cause, like hunger relief, performing arts or environmental protection.
