10th Annual UW–Madison Postdoctoral Research Symposium – Sep. 22
The 10th Annual UW–Madison Postdoctoral Research Symposium will be held on Monday, September 22, in the Discovery Building. The symposium offers a venue for UW–Madison postdocs to share their work with others, foster new collaborations and make social connections.
Organized during National Postdoc Appreciation Week, the symposium will include:
- Free professional headshots
- Panel Discussion on the Current State of Research Funding
- Keynote: “How to say no (and when to say yes): defining your academic identity beyond the publish or perish binary”
- Blitz Talk Competition
- Poster Session
- Resource Fair
- Cultural Session and Postdoc Art Exhibit
- Lunch and Reception
