For the next Industry Engagement Collaborative (IEC) meeting, Tracey Holloway, chair of the Nelson Institute Energy Analysis and Policy Program, will join attendees to role-play scenarios for engaging industry sponsors to understand their interests and pitch ideas. This session will be held Apr. 22 from 1:00–2:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Join the meeting here. This group is open to all campus colleagues who have an interest in industry engagement.

Holloway has led projects funded by industry and non-profits, supported as sponsored research and as fee-for-service. She has led the creation of a fee-for-service program in the Nelson Institute, and she is the two-time lead of the NASA Health and Air Quality Applied Sciences Team, a national team focused on stakeholder engagement for applied research and problem-solving. Drawing from these experiences, she will work with the team at the Office of Business Engagement to step through common situations with industry engagement, share best practices and answer questions.
