Currently biology students, alumni, faculty and advisors gathered on Wednesday, March 5, to celebrate the biology major’s 25^th anniversary. Founded in 1999, the biology major is one of the most popular CALS majors. Attendees enjoyed lunch, picked up a limited-edition biology baseball cap and signed a special 25^th anniversary poster. Dean Glenda Gillaspy joined the celebration and had the opportunity to meet Pat Henrikson, who helped create the major and served as an undergraduate biology advisor for 17 years.
