Earth Fest is accepting accepting event submissions for their weeklong, campuswide celebration of the environment and sustainability. The event will be held April 21–29. Last year’s inaugural event drew thousands of attendees across 50+ events.

What they’re looking for:

• Events focused on educating, motivating or inspiring attendees around environmental and sustainability topics
• All events must take place on the UW–Madison campus
• Fundraisers are not eligible, but non-UW organizations are welcome to submit

Why host an event?

• Show unit’s commitment to our planet as well as to UW–Madison’s sustainability goals
• Be featured in Earth Fest promotional efforts, including social media marketing, direct email campaigns, and media outreach
• Gain exposure through the Earth Fest website and printed posters displayed across campus and the community

Important deadlines:

• To be included on this year’s collectable poster, submit your event name and date by March 7
• Submissions after March 7 may only appear on the Earth Fest website
