Explore the agriculture-focused Wisconsin Science Festival this week – Oct. 14-20

The 2024 Wisconsin Science Festival is this week, and events will be held Oct. 14-20 throughout the state. This year’s festival focuses on agriculture, showcasing its impact on our world and future as well as its interconnectedness with our state’s economy, society and well-being.

CALS Dean Glenda Gillapsy will moderate “Crossroads of Ideas: Wisconsin’s Role in Shaping the Future of Agriculture” on Oct. 14 at 7:00 p.m. The session will take a deep look into Wisconsin agriculture and will feature four CALS researchers: Julie Dawson, Randy Jackson, Rebecca Smith and Shawn Conley.
