As we get ready to kickoff a new academic year, CALS Academic Affairs is excited to host a number of welcome events during the first week of classes and a slate of events throughout the fall term!

CALS Welcome Week 2024 overview:

• Tuesday, September 3^rd – Fall welcome and orientation for all CALS incoming first-year and transfer undergraduate students
  • Students with last names A-L meet at 9:00 a.m. in 125 Agricultural Hall (1450 Linden Drive)
  • Students with last names M-Z meet at 9:00 a.m. in 1125 DeLuca Biochemistry Building (420 Henry Mall) 
• Wednesday, September 4^th 8:30-1:30 in 116 Ag Hall – CALS Academic Affairs Open House open to all CALS undergraduate students
• Thursday, September 5^th 11:00-3:00 in 116 Ag Hall – CALS Careers 101 open to all CALS undergraduate students
• Friday, September 6^th 2:00-4:00 at Steenbock Library Courtyard– CALS Student Organization Fair open to all UW-Madison students
• Saturday, September 7^th 11:30-2:30 at Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association – WALSAA Football Fire-Up Tailgate Party open to all CALS students
