Phase 1 submissions for AI for Climate and Nature Grand Challenge due July 30

Phase 1 submissions for the $100 million AI for Climate and Nature Grand Challenge are due Tuesday, July 30. Grantees will receive $50,000 (awarded October 2024) and an invitation to participate in Phase 2. The full program timeline can be viewed on the program website.

Phase 1 applications primarily require an articulation of your overall vision and are not overly cumbersome. Awardees will be provided with access to AI experts and other partnerships. Pre-established partnerships are favorable but not required.

If you would like support with the application process, contact Shanon Hankin, CALS Grant Development Specialist at shankin@wisc.edu or (608)-265-9722.
