MOSAIC Coffee Hour – June 21
On Friday, June 21, at 10am, join MOSAIC (Mentorship Opportunities in Science & Agriculture for Individuals of Color) for their first Coffee Hour. They invite you to enjoy delicious Puerto Rican baked goods, share a cup of coffee or tea and spend some quality time in their vibrant community. Don’t miss this opportunity to relax, connect, and celebrate together.
Location: picnic area (green space) behind Russell Labs. They’ll have a backup rain location TBD.
This event welcomes UW BIPOC from all colleges, including grad students, research staff, faculty and administrators. As a BIPOC affinity group, MOSAIC’s purpose is to reduce the space between potential mentors of color and up-and-coming academics of color on this predominantly white campus.
Please RSVP here and email MOSAIC with any questions at mosaic.uw@gmail.com.
