Registration open for Advancing Research Mentoring Practice training
Offered by WISCIENCE, the Advancing Research Mentoring Practice training helps STEM faculty and staff cultivate an effective and culturally responsive mentoring practice using the evidence-based Entering Mentoring curriculum.
Participants will explore mentoring strategies through case studies, discussions and readings, develop or enhance a mentor-mentee agreement, problem-solve mentoring challenges with colleagues, and reflect on their mentoring philosophy.
Available sessions:
- Four Wednesdays starting June 5 (1:00 – 3:00 p.m.)
- Four Thursdays starting June 6 (10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
