New book edited by Alfred Hartemink and Jingyi Huang focuses on sandy soils
Following the Global Conference on Sandy Soils held at UW–Madison in June 2023, Sandy Soils, a book edited by Alfred Hartemink and Jingyi Huang, has now been published by Springer. The book contains 29 chapters grouped in three sections: (i) Distribution and assessment, (ii) Soil carbon and soil health, and (ii) Water and the environment.
The book includes chapters written by James Bockheim, Annalisa Stevenson, Yakun Zhang, Jingyi Huang, Jie Hu, Jennifer Yost, Ekrem Ozlu, Xia Zhu-Barker and Alfred Hartemink.
