The 8th Annual UW–Madison Postdoctoral Research Symposium will be held Wednesday, September 20 in the Discovery Building. Organized during National Postdoc Appreciation Week, the symposium offers a venue for UW–Madison postdocs to share their work and connect with other local postdocs.

The symposium will include:

• Pre-conference panel discussion on women and gender minorities in STEMM
• Career panel discussion
• Career development workshop
• 5-minute Blitz Talks Competition
• Poster session
• Postdoc art exhibit
• Breakfast, lunch, reception, travel awards, and a raffle to win an iPad
