This prestigious award, which is presented annually by the Lillian Lodge Kopenhaver Center for the Advancement of Women at Florida International University and the AEJMC Commission on the Status of Women, is designed to recognize “outstanding scholarship” and the “unique strengths” of a woman-scholar in communication and media scholarship.
