Sexual harassment and sexual violence, cybersecurity trainings due Dec. 1

Per UW–Madison’s Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence policy, all employees must complete the campus-supported Prevent Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence (PSHSV) training upon beginning their position at the university and every four years subsequent. Employees must complete this training as well as the Cybersecurity Awareness Training.  These are both requirements for faculty, academic staff, university staff, limited appointees, research interns, and research associates for pay plan eligibility in Jan. 2023 and must be completed by no later than Dec. 1, 2022.

Employees who are not current on the PSHSV training should have received outreach from the Office of Compliance. Employees who are not current on the training, or who are new to the university and have not completed the training, should be able to register. Employees may confirm whether they are registered for the mandatory PSHSV training by visiting this link: http://go.wisc.edu/0q5sf5. Confirmation of training completion can be found in the MyUW portal under the “Learning and Talent Development” widget (select “My transcript”).  Employees will receive automated emails upon completion of the training and again upon completion of the associated quiz.

Frequently Asked Questions are found on the Office of Compliance’s website. Additional questions on completing the training may be directed to the Title IX Coordinator
