Celebrate National Research Administrator’s Day on Sept. 25

National Research Administrator Day recognizes role of research administrators and sponsored projects office teams in generating funding and advancing research work.

The National Council of University Research Administrators created National Research Administrator Day in 2015 as a way to recognize the professionals who are the driving force behind helping researchers achieve their goals. In addition to providing access to tools and resources, Research Administrators and sponsored projects office team members identify funding opportunities, write grants, create and submit proposals, and serve as stewards of granted funds. As advocates, these teams create support systems that allow researchers to focus on advancing meaningful and impactful scientific discovery.

If you know a research administrator, take a moment to thank them on Research Administrator Day.

If you are a research administrator, thank you so much for all that you do.
