CALS Wellness Committee tip: LifeMatters webinar on how to manage and minimize stress

The Employee Assistance Office (EAO) is coordinating a session with LifeMatters on stress management training. This is open to ALL employees on campus! The session will take place on Wednesday, May 4 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. via Zoom.

Description: While there is no magical cure to stress, employees can learn ways to manage and minimize stress in their daily lives. In “Stress or Success? Thriving in a Chaotic World,” LifeMatters will provide practical ideas on how to begin working to reduce stress right away as an overall lifestyle change. Content in the session will include:

Causes of stress
The art of resiliency
Mindset and attitudes
Habits and actions
Connections and relationships
