Members of the UW–Madison community are invited to join the School of Computer, Data & Information Sciences and the College of Engineering for a RED Talk entitled Moving Toward Stronger Advising Practices: A More Caring and Wholeness-Promoting Framework for Graduate Advising.

The talk and panel discussion will be presented by Professor Brian Burt along with Education Leadership and Policy Analysis Ph.D. students, Tiaira Porter, Blayne Stone and Josh Wallace. This RED Talk will share research findings on the varied advising graduate students experience, and introduce a new framework of care and wholeness for graduate advising.
