Donor stewardship training for users of WFAA Advancement Resources
If you are a user of ABE or Advancement Resources, consider joining the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) online for the Central Stewardship Basic Training for Donor Acknowledgements on Thursday, March 3 from 9:00-10:30 a.m.
Timely and effective acknowledgements are necessary communications in the fundraising cycle, and are instrumental in securing long-term donor support. If you are responsible for acknowledging gifts to your school, college, or department, this training is for you.
The live webinar will leave you equipped with the tools to thank donors effectively. By attending this session, you will be provided with tools and training on the following:
- How to run and interpret the Donor Acknowledgement Report (including useful Excel tips)
- Valuable skills to sort donor giving data based on information relevant to your unit
- Tips and tricks for writing donor acknowledgement letters
- How to utilize provided tools and templates to create acknowledgement letters
